About Membership

The Center consists of an unlimited number of members. Any individuals subscribing to the objectives of the Center shall be qualified to apply for membership. There are five classes of membership, namely - Life, Corporate, Junior, Family and Residential.

(a) Life Membership is open to individuals over eighteen.
(b) Corporate Membership is available to organizations approved by the Center.
(c) Junior Membership is open to individuals under eighteen.
(d) Family Membership is available to married couples (or other couples) whom reside within the same address.
(e) Residential Membership is available to residents living within Kilombero Valley.

• Members shall have the opportunity to participate in field trips, such as the Saturday and Sunday Nature walks.
• Members shall have the opportunity to formulate groups with special interests including fish, insects, plants, mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and habitat restoration.

How to Join.

Kilombero Valley Ornithological Center  has different membership subscription categories. Membership types and annual costs are:

• Junior Member  US$ 40
•  Life member (Individuals) US$ 60
• Family Member  US$75
•   Residential Member US$ 10
•  Corporate Member US$ 450
